Appointments by arrangement.

The legal requirements of the TSVG In the following, we would like to ask you to contact your GP and ask for a "GP referral" to us if you urgently need to come to our practice for the first time or if you urgently need to bring forward appointments that have already been arranged. The appointment with us will then be arranged for you directly by your GP. In this way, the legislator and the GKV would like to have the medical necessity of the appointment confirmed. Of course, we will then be able to arrange an appointment for you at our cardiology practice at short notice. We ask for your understanding and hope that this procedure will not cause you too much trouble.

To make it easier for your GP to register you can download and print out the following form for direct submission to your GP.

Dear patients, if our reception is unable to be there for you personally by telephone, our telephone assistant has been handling your enquiries around the clock for several months now. This allows you to conveniently discuss appointments, prescription requests or other enquiries. Our team will then get back to you in person or by text message as soon as possible, but no later than the next working day. Please do not hang up - this is not an answering machine.
